High-Performance Bimetallic Carbide Liners

We offer a range of premium bimetallic liners, including our SM-10, SM-25, SM-40, and SM-60HF. Our barrels can be made to suit any injection molding machine or extruder. We can custom-design your next barrel to match your production requirements, including: thermocouple well placement, transducer well placement, feed throat geometry, vent/side feeding ports, welded flanges, threaded flanges, and more! 

We offer bimetallic extrusion and injection barrels in a wide range of sizes and configurations to suit your production requirements. Single-piece construction to 6,000mm (19.5 feet ) length without seams!

The SMT-10 Bimetallic Liner is a Nickel-based Carbide liner with an average hardness of 52-56 HRc. The SMT-10 is an economical cylinder, suitable for general-purpose applications with <15% glass content.
